WHAT A GOOD TIME THAT WAS!

The Chiller Theatre convention is all its horrific splendor happens twice a year; April and October in beautiful East Rutherford, New Jersey. It features way too many guests to mention, way too many vendors to mention and loads of fun. It runs Friday through Sunday. Friday it opens late 5-11pm. Saturday is a full day of shopping and getting autographs which ends in the best costume show and party ever. Sunday is another day of shopping and getting sad cuz its almost over. Below are pictures from the dealers rooms, with some celebs, at the party and elsewhere. . .
I have to start with Kevin-the master behind Chiller magic :)
He also plays in the Dead Elvi (pictured below), a featured band at the party.

Blickenstaff, did the cover artwork for the Cramps Bad Music for Bad
People. He has tons of other great monster stuff including the black and
white picture below his which he drew for me for my Halloween fliers.

*The third is Paige Shuttleworth. She is the bassist for the Ubangis.
Although I haven't seen much of her work what I have seen was really groovy and
you can see it too here.
Paige is really neat! I'm so happy to have met her at the show and I hope
to spend more time with her in the future :)

Below are pictures from Saturday night's party. Normally there is a tent outside where the celebrities sign and the bands play. At this show there was no tent so the bands played inside. I thought it was a blast!

and my friend Sierra were selling autographs for only $15. We also offered
"your name in Hieroglyphics!" Neither of us sold anything. .
.but that didn't matter cuz we got to spend time together and now I miss her
Oh the precious times in the Kish van. . . burping Damien, looking up the girls skirts, flipping off the camera. . .all on the way to BIG MEAT where Brian got BIG CAKE and the boys got BIG BEERS!!!!

um I totally missed these fortunately
I know how to have fun! On the way to Chiller we stopped in Columbus, OH and visited SHOCKTOBERFEST. It was fun! We saw 3 fantastical haunts, rode a wonderful spinny thing, played skee ball and had hot cocoa at the best bar in America! I will have a haunt review on the site in the next few weeks.
