CINEMA WASTELAND APRIL 4-6 2008!
What fun it was!!! I apologize
but there are almost no Friday pix because I needed a battery or charger for my
camera and couldn't find one until Saturday. But I tried to make up for
it! Anyway, here you'll see pix of some famous people like Dyanne Thorne,
Don Edmonds, Catriona Maccol, Giovanni Lombardo Radice (aka John Morghen), Ken
Kish and Mike Baronas and Jillsa! Okay maybe the last few aren't that
famous but . . . this is my way of crediting Mike Baronas for the pix he sent
me. Thanks Mike! And if you're a fan of Italian horror then get
yourself a copy of Paura :Fulci
Remembered. There are interviews with many well known Italian horror
directors and actors and the soundtrack rocks too!
Okay so anyway back to the show. . . Saturday was fun! I dressed up
as Jillsa :) Clever ain't it? Since Jodi and I were all dressed up
fancy, I asked Rochelle if she wanted to join in the dress up fun and she took
it and ran!!! Woo hoo Hot stuff :D Saturday night our Mexican
feast at Gran Fiesta was postponed until 9:30pm because we HAD TO WATCH the
sneak peek of BLACK DEVIL
DOLL which was more than worth it!
It should be premiering at CW in October so DON'T MISS IT!!!
Of course Saturday night involved hula hooping and lots of drinking and other
activites. It was fun!!! Sunday was fun too except we had to leave
:(
Jodi and Andrew made a bunch of
goodies to sell. Jodi made creepy baby dolls, photos with frames, pickled
punks, cute n creepy necklaces and really groovy serial killer collectibles like
the Albert Fish pin cushion and Black Dahlia jewelry box. Andrew made more
pickled punks, magnets, creepy necklaces and more too. Their stuff was
lots of fun to look and even more fun to own!
